• How do you feel about this piece of work? What parts of it do you particularly like? Dislike? Why? What did/do you enjoy about this piece or work? I feel like this piece is one of my better clay pieces, but I could have taken more time to smooth out the imperfections. I like the leaves and how they look, but they were quite hard to glaze. Overall the piece was fun to make and trying to find a way to contain my specific food that would actually work for the piece was a little challenging.
• What is the one thing you particularly want people to notice when they look at your work? I want people to notice the little details in the glaze, like the pink on the edge of the strawberries and the curves and thinner parts on the leaves.
• What would you change if you had a chance to do this piece over again? I would change the amount of glaze I used. I would have done multiple thin layers instead of a few thicker layers, as it looks somewhat thin in some spots.
