Loss project

My biggest inspiration for this project was marble tiles, kind of like a countertop. Before I had even started making the project I already had a vision of how I wanted my mask to look when its complete and thankfully it came out perfectly as planned… Things took a turn with my project when I realized that the fired white glaze that I applied had come out patchy and not full coverage, I did add in some gold foil details and it did seem to help and pull the project together. This project really pulled in all of my knowledge about clay techniques and glaze, as I have never created a mask out of clay it was quite the challenge! I loved putting on the gold foil at the end of my project and seeing everything put together, as I think it showcases my hard work and effort well!
