Collage Plans

The themes that I plan on using in my project will be symbolism, language/text, and history. My topic is going to be the Underworld, with flowers that symbolise death, forsaken love and remembrance. I chose to use flowers because of Ben Giles, he will be my main influence for this project. For the language, I might use text like in Barbara Kruger’s work, or have words in a different language. The historical aspect would be the Greek mythology of the Underworld.
