Bad Art

My work shares the qualities of organic shapes, transparency and bland colors. The bland colors makes this bad. Brighter colors for both pieces would make them better. The second piece needs to be cleaner, defined lines. The first piece is good because it has better shaping and defined lines, I also like the over lapping of shapes. My criteria for artwork is can you make something out of it, use your imagination and is it something I would hang/put in my house. My work says that I prefer brighter colors and that I like defined lines.
