• How much did you know about drawing portraits before we started?

I knew verylittle about drawing portaits

• What process did you go through to produce this piece?

I first did a really quick sketch of my face and then made sosme details

• In what ways have you gotten better at this kind of work? In what ways can you improve?

i have gooten better at shading and noticing detail and i could probably improve in sketing

• How do you feel about this piece of work? What parts of it do you particularly like? Dislike? Why? What did/do you enjoy about this piece or work?

the nose and the eyes work best i really like the sweatshirt and i dislike the hair because i feel like i did not the best work i really enjoyed making the shadow

• Did you do your work the way other people did theirs? In what ways did you do it differently? In what ways was your work or process similar?

I just followed the process which we were first given i dont really see any similar processess besides the fact that everyone followed that process

• What’s the one thing that you have seen in your classmates’ work or process that you would like to try in your next piece?

i dont really know because i was sitting alone and did not really see anyone elses work

• How do artists create detailed portraits expressing the personality of the person that is drawn? 

they express ersonality by putting in subtle or open features in a persons face to show how they are acting or feeling
